As President of the East Gate III Homes
Association, Inc. in Potomac, I want to express the appreciation
of the Board of Directors and the homeowners for again doing such
an outstanding job in maintaining our common grounds. I
believe this will be our 13th year with your company, and we have
never considered changing to another company.
It is a pleasure to know that when I refer your
company to someone, I will never hear a complaint. As a real
estate agent, I have referred business to you and your crew has
often had to work extra hours to squeeze someone in, while still
meeting your commitment to long standing customers. And, as
so often happens, the crew is working on common grounds, or a
vacant home, where there is no one to oversee the work, but they
always go the extra distance to trim everywhere, and clean up
beautifully before they leave. This conscientious attitude
has not gone unnoticed.
